On December 20, 2019, President Trump signed into law the Fiscal Year 2020 National Defense Authorization Act (Public Law No: 116-92). Section 1758 of the Act specifically provides statutory authority for Military Parole in Place for the qualified undocumented relatives of military personnel, past and present. Parole in Place is now the law of the land. God Bless America!
